For a while now, the herb 'shatavari' has become famous worldwide especially in the west. Women in the west prefer this herb as it contains phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogen is a primary female sex hormone. According to studies conducted recently. This discovery has increased its popularity. Shatavari is an herb which is widely recommended in ayurveda.
